$15 Shipping will be applicable to each online order processed via this website. Each online order can include an UNLIMITED number of purchased items.
How We Handle Shipping:
For each order we charge a flat rate shipping cost. The amount charged to you will be viewable upon checkout, and will be labelled: Best Rate. We predominantly use Australia Post Parcel Post but reserve the right to use another carrier or service, solely at our discretion.
Our Best Rate shipping cost refers to deliveries within the mainland States of Australia and Tasmania. We ship to many Worldwide locations at an extra cost. Please contact us via email for a shipping quote outside Australia.
Insurance on shipping is not normally included in our shipping charges. We find Australia Post Parcel Post very reliable. JustBliss.net.au is not liable for any damage to any item shipped from our point of despatch. If you require insurance on shipping please contact us via email and we will arrange this for you. Insurance on shipping will be an additional cost to you.
The cost of shipping includes any handling effort and packaging materials.
How We Handle Returns:
The items we sell are not new (unless stated). They are used, often very old and often very rare pieces. As such, the condition of each item may not be the standard you would expect of a brand new item.
Many of the items we sell will have variations in color, shade, or some other aspect, purely as a result of being hand-crafted and/or hand-painted. Each image displayed on this website is of the actual item for sale.
The original packaging and documentation is not included with an item unless explicitly stated in the description. Please read the descriptions carefully and contact us via email if you need more information.
We make every effort to ensure that the condition of our products is accurately described and photographed but if you are still dissatisfied with your purchase our ten (10) day limited satisfaction guarantee may be invoked.
Satisfaction Guarantee
It is our goal to satisfy with every purchase. If, for any reason, the item purchased is not to your satisfaction, you may return it for a full refund within ten (10) days. The refund will cover the cost of the item purchased, applicable sales tax and the cost of shipping to you. It will not cover the cost of return shipping back to us. This guarantee is valid for ten (10) days from shipment until notification of dissatisfaction.
Please contact us via email with notification of dissatisfaction and we will issue you a return number and return shipping address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed on successful return of an item. Successful return of an item means the item is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped from JustBliss.net.au
